Step1:- step to start the Run option ya app apne computer me start button se run option khol le

Step2:-Eske bad apko type karna hai Cleanmgr

Step3:- C drive ko select kar ke ok kare

Step4:- kuch dert ke bad option pe tick kare or ok kare dellite file per click kare

Step5:- windows+R press kare

Step6:- type the prefetch likh kar ok kare

Step 7:- windows+R type the tree
